In Partnership with the GLEIF

The Global LEI Foundation (GLEIF) was established by the G20 and Financial Stability Board (FSB) in June 2014 and is regulated by the LEI Regulatory Oversight Committee (LEI-ROC). The GLEIF is tasked to support the implementation and use of the Legal Entity Identifier. RapidLEI supports GLEIF initiatives such as the Validation Agent framework and the verifiable LEI (vLEI).

The Global LEI Index, made available by the GLEIF, is the only global online source that provides open, searchable, standardized and high quality legal entity reference data.

Accredited Legal Entity Identifier Local Operating Units (LOU) are authorized to issue LEIs to legal entities. RapidLEI is an accredited LOU and custodian of LEI reference data.
